Your account
You must provide accurate business details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity by your team members and API keys.
Acceptable use
- Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-outs promptly.
- Do not send spam, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, hateful or adult content, or impersonate others.
- Follow the Kenya Information and Communications Act, the Data Protection Act and carrier sender-ID rules.
We may pause messages or suspend accounts that breach these rules or put the platform or carriers at risk.
Prepaid wallet and pricing
SMS are prepaid from your wallet at the rates shown in your workspace. A message longer than one segment is charged per segment. Messages rejected by the carrier at submission are refunded automatically. Wallet balances are not interest-bearing and are refundable only as required by law or at our discretion for closed accounts.
Delivery
We submit messages to licensed carriers promptly but cannot guarantee delivery, which depends on handsets and networks. Delivery reports are provided as received from carriers.
Sender IDs and shortcodes
Branded sender IDs and shortcodes are subject to carrier approval and may require documents. Approval times are set by carriers.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and publish live status at /status. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected messages in the previous three months.
